Mr. Morgan is regularly involved in representing persons charged with violations of the criminal law. He limits his representation in this area to those persons charged with serious felonies.   Mr. Morgan is also experienced in representing clients charged with “white collar crimes.” Representation may involve appearances in state court, federal court or before a court martial at a military installation.
